Children: Over Surveilled, Under Protected

ARCH and LSE are putting on an afternoon conference in the Hong Kong

Theatre of the London School of Economics on 27th June from 2-5pm to

outline the range of databases that hold information about children,

to clarify the distinction between 'child protection' and

'safeguarding children', and to examine the evidence for current

government policy.
